WORLD WAR III
3AD DREAM IN BRITAIN LONDON', Feb. 20. Dr H. Dalton (Chancellor of the Exchequer) in a speech in London, told the British Refrigeration Association that they must export their refrigerators, rather than sell them at home. “I had a dream,” he said, "that someone diverted the Gulf Stream’ as the* opening act of a World War Three, and that the present cold spell was going to last indefinitely. You should act as if that were true, and send your icfrigeiators to the areas where they will be more welcome.” The order of the day, the Chancellor added, was still "work, save and export.” .
