Persons and organisations offering evidence are asked to notify the Secretary in writing by Wednesday, January 15th, 1947 and at the same time forward written submissions (five copies would be heloful) of the nature of theii’ evidence. Where preparation of written submissions proves difficult or unduly expensive, delivery of written statements will not be insisted upon.
