This rate will be reduced to 5/- per lb. when levy is lifted. To qualify, skins must be properly dried and stretched, and must have one complete hind leg left on. Skins with legs artificially attached will be disqualified. SMALL SKINS: A subsidy at the rate of F’OURPENCE per skin will be paid on all SMALL SKINS, such as nesters and kittens.
