FOR ANTI-SOVIET PLOT (Rec. 7.10). HELSINKI, August 12. The Home Minister of Finland, M. Yoko Leino, said that 4131 persons had been questioned and 87 were held for trial, in connection with a plot by the Finnish Staff Officers to overthrow the Government and to resume the war against Russia after the armistice in 1944.
