PETIOT’S APPEAL FAILS. (Rec. 7.0) PARIS, May 16. Doctor Marcel Petiot, French “Bluebeard,” who was found guilty of the murder of twenty-four persons, is to be guillotined. His appeal, on a technicality of court procedure., has been dismissed.
