BRITISH LEAVE PERSIA
(Rec. 6.30). TEHERAN, Feb. 14. The British Embassy here has officially denied the reports circulated from Moscow that a large number of British troops have arrived at Teheran. The Embassy stated the bulk of the British forces have already left. There will be no British troops in Persia by March 2, the official date of evacuation,
