EXPEL U.S.A. LEADER (Rec. 9.5) NEW YORK, Feb. 14 The U.S. Communist Party’s National Committee have expelled Earl Browder, the former National Secretary and chairman for the party for what the committee term; ed “the gross violation of party discipline and party decisions; for active opposition to the party’s political line and leadership; for betraying principles of Marxism and Lemiinism; and deserting to the side of the class enemy monopoly capital.”
