LOANS FOR FINLAND
FROM UNITED STATES HELSINKI, Jan. 30. It has been officially announced here that Finland will receive a new A.merican credit of seven millions sterling from the United States Export and Import Bank. This credit will be used to buy food, machinery and other essentials. The credit follows a previous five millions sterling loan from the United States, and one million sterling of a grant from the U.N.R.R.A.
