NOT UNDERSTOOD!
JAPAN’S POSITION (Rec. 8.30) TOKIO. Nov. 23 General Araki and Yoshihisa Kusuu (leaders of the Black Dragons) have surrendered to the Allies and have been imprisoned as suspected war criminals. General Araki said a trial would be the best opportunity for clearing up the Japanese position which has been misunderstood by the world.
