RAILWAY PORTERS P.A. WELLINGTON. Sept. 20 At to-day’s sitting of the Railway Tribunal at Wellington it was an- . nounced that the Railways Depaitment and the A.S.R.S. had agreed that junior porters should be placed on the same footing as adult porters, where shunting by those employees was done in the smaller yards, the minimum time worked to be four ? hours in any shift.
