COMMISSION MEETS (Rec. 8.30) 'LONDON. Sept. 19 The Executive Committee of tne United Nations Preparatory c ommission decided that the first nieeting of the General Assembly should consider the Security Councils report on the procedure for the admission of new member States, i also decided that the Assembly should consider any recommendations relating to the admission of new members. This was agreed' to on the pioposition of Mr. Stettimus, by eleven votes to three. Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and Russia _ dissenting.
