GUILLOTINE

IMPROVED MODEL P.A. LONDON, Sept. 19 The “Daily Express” reports that German war criminals may be executed with a new type of guillotine constructed by American Arpiy Engineers. The machine has already caried out a number of executions’, including that of several women. Death took place within two minutes of condemned leaving the cell. The machine, which is electrically operated, requires only two men to work it who do not need to be specially trained. General Eisenhower and Field Marshal Montgomery can order death sentences to be carried out in any way they think fit. General Eisenhower reportedly has already decided on the guillotine. Field Marshal Montgomery is likely to follow suit.
