BOWLING
The Karoro women’s bowling team defeated the Westport women’s team in a match for the> Wilson Challenge Shield on the Karoro green on Tuesday. The vsitors were welcomed by Mrs. S. Peek (President of the Karoro Club) and entertained at lunch prior to the| match. Later the Shield was presented to the winning team by Mrs. W. D. Wilson, who thanked
the Karoro Club for its hospitality The visitors were entertained at the pictures and supper in the evening and returned to Westport on Wednesday.
