(Special to “Argus”) P.A. WELLINGTON, March 19. The following is the weather forecast for the West Coast:— Situation: An anti-cyclone centres over the North Island. A depression is passing to the south of the Dominion. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Tuesday: Moderate’ to variable winds, with north-westerlies, freshening at times. Weather cloudy with some scattered drizzle or rain chiefly in the south. Temperatures moderate. Further outlook: Occasional rain.
