A depression is passing to the south of the Dominion. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Tuesday: Moderate’ to variable winds, with north-westerlies, freshening at times. Weather cloudy with some scattered drizzle or rain chiefly in the south. Temperatures moderate. Further outlook: Occasional rain.
