[Special to “Argus”]. P.A. WELLINGTON, February 16. The weather forecast is as follows: Situation: An anti-cyclone covers New Zealand. A trough of low pressure is moving slowly across the Tasman Sea. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Saturday: Moderate north-easterly to northerly winds. Weather cloudy, with occasional rain in the gouth, and gradually spreading northward. Temperatures mild. Further outlook: Unsettled weather.
