DEVASTATING BLAST

V BOMB IN ENGLISH TOWN. (Rec. 7.30.) LONDON, Nov. 26. Shoppers crowded the pavements in the main street of a southern England town during one of the busiest periods of the day, recently, when a V bomb struck. Two buildings collapsed and caught fire, burying women and children. Several passengers were killed in a passing ’bus. Bereath a motor car, at the wheel of which the driver was dead, were found the bodies of other persons blown there by the blast.
