BY THE RUSSIANS > 1 . On Hungarian Front (Rec. .9.15.) LONDON, Nov. 26. A Moscow communique says: Russians north-west-west’ of Cop occupied ten places on Friday. Red Army forces in Hungary captured a number of places. The German News Agency said German forces evacuated Hatvan. A Berlin radio commentator, Von Hammer, stated additional Russian forces crossed the Danube and linked up with a Russian division already established on Csepel Island. Their combined forces pressed back Hungarians at the north tip of the island, which juts into the outskirts of Budapest. A Reuter military correspondent says: “If Russians reached the north of Csepel, they would be virtually in Budanest. A British United Press Moscow correspondent says: Russian forces, through straddling railways leading east and south-west from Hatvan, achieved the .aim of separating Germans in Hungary from those in Czechoslovakia, and Germans in north-east Hungary from those at Budapest. (Rec. 9.40.) LONDON, Nov. 26.

The German News gency says: 'Russians have entered Miskolez. They are driving deeper into Czechoslovakia, across water-logged country over which thin ice is lying. The infantry 'is 'helping artillery units to manhandle their guns. Sappers are laying down planks and tree branches to make a firm surface for vehicles. EAST PRUSSIAN BORDER OPERATIONS. (Rec. 6.30.) LONDON, Nov. 25. Reuter’s Moscow correspondent says: The Red Army forces are firmly’established on the east bank of the Niemen River, opposite Tilsit, on the East Prussian border. Russians are keeping the city under close observation. Germans have blasted bridges, and are maintaining a desultory fire from three lines of trenches. German wiring parties .are being sent out each night spreading entanglements under the waters of the river. .
