After a discussion on the financial position of the Karoro Bowling Club, a special general meeting decided, on Wednesday evening, to make a levy of 10s per member for this season, in addition to the annual subscription. Various proposals to augment the club funds were considered, and a donation of £2 2s from Mr F. B. Lawn was accepted. It was decided to hold the annual meeting in May, instead of July. Mi- E. R. Moss undertook to pay. for timber for an Honours Board recently elected in the pavilion, and also to provide film entertainments as desired.
