Rapid Advances by JAPANESE FORCES (Rec 5.5) CHUNGKING, Nov. 19. The Chinese High Command says: The Japanese drive towards the Kweichow Province is continuing, and the invaders are now approaching Hwaiyunchen, 50 miles west of Liuchow, and less than 40 from the Kwangsi-Kw'eichow border. Other Japanese forces have reached to within 18 miles of Poaching. Japanese forces have captured Haingcheng, forty miles west ol Liuchow.
