FOUR MEN DECORATED WELLINGTON, Sept. 20. The Governor-General has announced that the King has approved of four immediate awards to personnel of the R.N.Z.A.F. in recognition of gallantry displayed in flying operations against the enemy in the South Pacific area. The recipients ai Distinguished Service Order: Flying Officer Charles Graham Parker (mother, Mrs O. G. McArthur, Wellington). ' J Distinguished Flying Cross: Flight Lieut.
