WEST COAST UNION MEETS. The weekly meeting of .the management committee’ of the West Coast Rugby Union was held at Greymouth last evening, Mr. T. Mclntosh presiding. Senior selectors were requested to select a team this. Saturday, to play Canterbury In a return match at Christchurch on the following Saturday, July: 15. Father Keane (Hokitika) and Mr. F. Saunders (Greymouth) were ap; pointed selectors to choose a third grade representative team to travel i.o Christchurch, on the same date, to play Canterbury. It was decided to play a third grade fixture at Greymc-uth, with Millerton Rovers, a date to be fixed later. Members drew attention to the fact that many of the games in all grades were commencing later than' scheduled. It was decided to request players to note the time at which their particular fixture is due to commence, and endeavour to be their on time.

The following fixtures were approved for Saturday:— Senior: Cobden v. Celtic at Rugby Park No. 1, at 3 p.m. (Rev. E. O. Harding); Blaketown v. Star-United at Rugby Park No. 2 at 3 p.m. (Mr. N. Eggleton). Hokitika a bye. Third grade: Blaketown v. Tech, at Rugby Park No. 1 at 1.30 p.m. (Mr. C. F. Cockburn); Cobden v. Celtic at Rugby Park No. 2 at 1.30 p.m. (Mr. R. Longstaff). Fourth grade: Celtic v. Tech. B at Tech, at 1.30 p.m. (Mr. C. Dittman): Tech. A v. Tech. C at Tech at 3 p.m. (Mr. J. Minchin). Blaketown a bye.
