SYNTHETIC RUBBER
RUSSIA TO HAVE FREE USE OF PATENTS. (Rec. 9.30.) NEW YORK, July 2. The Washington correspondent oi the “New York Times” reports that at requests from the United States Government the Du Pont De Nemours Corporation has granted Russia the right to use Du Font’s synthetic rubber patents processes free for the duration of the war. Compensation will be demanded for post-war production.
