I Our Own Correspondent.! WESTPORT, July 1The Titoki arrived last evening from Picton, loaded coal and sailed this morning for Nelson. The Totara, ready to sail for Tokomarui Bay\ was detained to-day owing to heavy seas •on the bar. The Holmlea is due on Monday from Picton. The Denniston mine wa's idle on last back Saturday owing to there being no shipping and the binns being full. Miss C. Clark, Denniston, js an inmate of the Buller District Hospital, where she has undergone an operation.
