PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act, 1925, (he undersigned, GEORGE TURNER, Mine Manager, ALLAN TURNER, Miner, and CECIL SARA, Lorry Driver, all of Reefton, hereby apply for a Coal Lease in respect of the following land: All that parcel of land situate in Block XV, Reefton Survey District, commencing on a bearing of 172 degrees four chains I from the junction of Murray Creek Road, with the Defiance Road running thence on a bearing of 10 degrees for 13 chains, thence on a bearing of 100 degrees for 4 chains, thence on a bearing of 190 degrees for 13 chains, thence on a bearing of 280 degrees for 4 chains to the commencing .point as shown in the (locality plan filed herewith.
