EIRE ELECTIONS
DE VALERA ON THE ISSUE (Rec. 11.0) DUBLIN, May 14. Mr De Valera opened the Eire general election campaign in his own constituency. Mr De Valera appealed for the election of a party sufficiently strong to form a stable Government. He said that neutralmY not the issue in the election.. The appeal was for a straight-for-ward majority and for governmental stability.
