(Rec. 1.5.) NEW YORK, May 13. A new P.sj. Mustang fighter ’plane broke the itrans-Continental speed irecord, flying from Los Angeles to New York in 391 minutes thirty seconds, including a six-minute twenty-five seconds’ stop over Kansas City for refuelling.
