TO TAKE SUPPLIES TO PRISONERS.
(Rec. 9.10) WASHINGTON, May 12. The United States has received a Note from Japan, giving Japan’s conditions about the picking up of approximately fifteen hundred tons oi American relief supplies, which ar ■- waiting at Vladdvostock, for distiibution among American prisoners or war in Japan’s hand?. Senator H Secretary of State, said con ditions are at present being studied to determine their true significance.
