Oyster delicacies that would be very costly overseas, can easily be made at homewith the assistanre of Fether-Flake. OYSTER FINGERS: i lb. FetherFlake rolled to I” thickness. Cut in small strips and bake. When cooked, split and fill with following mixture: 1 oz. flour, 1 oz. butter, 1 pint milk. ?. teaspoonful lemon juice, salt and pepper. Make sauce with above ingredients. Beard 1J doz. oysters, chop and add to sauce (do not boil). All kinds of oyster savouries can be made with Fether-Flake.
