WEST COAST UNION Mr T. Mclntosh presided over last evening’s meeting of the Management, Committee of the West Coast Rugby Union, when the following resolutions were approved:— That two applications for re-aa-mission to the code be sent to the N.Z.R.U. with favourable, recommendations. , That clubs desiring players transported from Runanga on working Saturdays hand the names to M A. R. Lindbom before mid-day each Friday. That, subject to travel restrictions making it possible, the Pril **a*X Schools’ Association be e J Tl P°'Y < k\ e I l' to make arrangements for the schools tournament to be held in Jyrejmouth during the August holidays. That Mr T. Mclntosh be authorised to convene a meeting of West Coast selectors and coaches of all clubs, with a view to discussing improvements in the general standaid of football in all grades That Mr T.
