The Wataroa Sports Club intend holding theix’ annual meeting on Saturday, May 13. Constable Pawsy, of Wataroa has been busy in this district for the past couple .of clays trying to round up the stray cattle and horses. Mr. M. Connolly who has been on a visit to Christchurch returned last week.

Mr. J. Martini has returned home after visiting Christchurch. Mr. and Mrs. Alex Robertson and family were''recent visitors to Hokitika. Miss H. White left last week for Auckland. :
