XrOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of “The Electric Power Boards’ Act, 1925”. and “The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925” and amendments thereto, and the regulations under the Acts referred to herein, an ELECTION of THREE REPRESENTATIVES of the combined constituent districts of part of the County of Grey, part of the County of Inangahua and part of the County of Westland on the Grey Electric Power Board will be held on Saturday, the 27th day of MAY, 1944, AND FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I appoint the County Clerk’s Office, County Chambers, Gresson Street, Greymouth, as the place, and MONDAY, the 15th dav of May. 1944, as the day for the NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES. Each’ Nomination Paper must be signed by TWO ELECTORS of the said combined constituent districts and by the candidate and must be delivered to the Returning Officer, or addressed to her, and delivered at the County Clerk’s Office, County Chambers, Gresson Street, Greymouth before NOON on the said 15th day of May, 1944.
