Mr Nash’s Reply TO MOSCOW PAPER. (Rec. 1.0 ) PHILADELPHIA, Apr. 29: Mr. W'. Nash, the President, replied to Moscow “Izvestia’s” criticism of the 1.L.0. (as cabled on April 25).
