JO’Brien was waited on bv a deputation from the Grey County Council asking for Government assistance for the extension of Red .Tack’s rood, Minister pointed out that the Minister of Works. Hon. R„ Semple, had already refused a subsidy for this roadHe said that a better ‘offer should b® made by the County Council and the sawmiller concerned. It was agreed that a better offer should be considered.
