R.A.F. RAIDS
IN NORTH FRANCE LONDON. Jan. 9. Press reports stated thalt R.A.F. fighters, including Typhoons, crossed the Straits of Dover towards northern France on several occasions during Sunday morning. Small groups of fighters were seen returning. The weather again restricted big-scale activity however. , and in the afternoon conditions became worse, las the result of rain and mist, visibility being very poor. On Saturday the R.A.F. lost two planes in raids in France and West Germany. _____
