“DAILY iMAIL’S” NEW YORK VENTURE. (Rec. 8.50) LONDON, Jan 9. The first microfilm copy of the London “Daily Mail’s” weekly has arrived by plane at New York. this and subsequent editions of a ■ new journalistic venture, which is described as the world’s first transoceanic newspaper, will not be for public sale, but three thousand copies will be distributed to Government officials, editors and columnists. A “Daily Mail” representative explained that the purpose of the publication was to contribute to Anglo-American relations.
