TITO SEEKS ALLIED RECOGNITION. FOR GOVERNMENT. _ (Rec. 9.10) LONDON, Dec. 20. An official announcement at Cairo stated that General Tito sent a delegation there which nas been negotiating with the Allies, but not with the Royah Yugoslav Government of King Peter. The announcement states: “Discussians were recently, held at Alexandria between representatives of partisan forces of Jugoslavia and representatives of the British fighting forces. phe discussions, which were purely military were concerned with the implementation of the British Government's policy of affording all military support to all forces resisting The enemy in Yugoslavia. The United States fighting forces were associated with the talks, which reached a full agreement regarding the carrying out of policy.” It is understood that another delegation from General Tito is en route for London to discuss recognition of General Tito’s Government. The Free Yugoslav Radio announced: General Tito’s Liberation Committee will not recognise the treaties of the international obligations undertaken by the Royal Yugoslav Government.
