FOR BRITISH CAPITAL. LONDON, Dec. 14. Mr. Eden received a Chinese mission in London. The leader of the mission said China nas need .of both capital and technical help from Great Britain and the other western Allies in the work of rehabilitation. The way, was now open for a full, equal partnership in the economic field, since China had decided to remove restrictions on foreign investments. A dinner party in honour of the Chinese Ambassador and members of the Chinese mission was given by the British Government on Monday night, Mr. R. A. Butler presiding.
