U.S. TRIBUTE TO MALTA. (Rec. 6.15.)t RUGBY, Dec. 12. . An illuminated citaition presented, to Malta by President Roosevelt, on behalf of the people of America, has added another golden page to Malta’s war history, writes a Malta correspondent. It will be the page immediately after that recording King, George’s visit in June last on his historic journey to the newly-occupied Italian territory. The beautifullyilluminated scroll is contained in a handsome wooden case.
