RAISED TO 15 YEARS. NEW REGULATIONS NEXT WEEK. P.A. NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. 2. The primary school leaving age will be raised to fifteen years iw regulations which are to be brought down next week, said the Minister o£ Education, Hon. H. G R. Mason, tonight. The effect would be gradual, be added, and the full influence of the measure would be felt only at tlvend of 1944, or the beginning of the 1945 school year. .
