EMPIRE RELATIONS.
LONDON, Nov. 25. Six members of the Commons put down an amendment to the Address, regrettinp- that there was no reference in the King’s Speech t.o anj' proposals for the improvement of machinery of inter-imperial consultation and co-operation, the need for which has been stressed by Mr. Curtin; also regretting , there was no reference to the 1 -need for much more freouent meetings of the Imperial Conference.
