MOSLEY’S RELEASE
RUGBY, Nov. 30.
Mr. Morrison in the'House pf Commons, announced that a deoate on the release of Sir. O. Mosley would take place next day. An amendment to the Address reads: “But humbly regret the uecision to release Mosley, which is calculated to retard the war effort and lead to misunderstanding at home and abroad.”
