Stalin are already meeting at an undisclosed place. Commenting on reports of the meeting of Mr. Churchill, Mr. Roosevelt and M. The Berne correspondent of the “New York Times” says: Armed with credentials from German economic and Army groups, Herr von Papen is reliably reported to be at Rome awaiting an audience with the Pope. Von Papen, who is a Catholic and a Papal Chamberlain, is understood to enjoy a favourable reputation in Vatican circles.
