ARMY CHAPLAINS
Highest Casualty Rate (Rec. 7.35) LONDON, Nov. 28. The “Daily Mail” says: In the Army Chaplains Corps, the casualties have been so serious and s.o proportionately higher than those of any other army unit that another live hundred chaplains are required immediately. The War Office list of chaplains, who have all volunteered, has grown since the outbreak from 120 to four- thousand. Over one hundred and twenty are prisoners.. Thirty-eight have been killed in action or have died of wounds. Seven are missing. Many more have been jvounded.
