(Rec. 9.40.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 21. President Roosevelt has accepted the resignation of Price Commissioner Prentiss Brown. He will appoint Mr. Chester Bowles to succeed him. . The House passed the Bill repealing the Chinese Exclusion Act. The measure now goes to the Senate.
