WATAROA SALE

The National Mortgage and Agency Coy, N.Z. Ltd., report that at Wednesday’s sale of live stock at Wataroa there was the good entry of approximately 380 head of cattle .offered to a large attendance of buyers. Included in the entry there were several lines irom the far south. Competition for all good quality, lines was particularly keen and high prices were realised.

Account of Harry Scease, 7 2-year steers at £l5 2s (3d, 4 2-year heifers at £l4 7s 6d, 1 fat cow at £l6 2s 6d. Account of G. R. Northcroft, 7 3-year steers at £l3 17s 6d, 4 2-year steers at £8 7s 6d. Account of E. A. Gibb, 5 fat heifers at £ll 17s 6d. Account of T. A. Condon and Sons, 21 2-year steers from £8 2s 6d to £ll 12s 6d, 9 2-year heifers at £8 12s 6d. Account of F.
