After a trial by a military court at Charleroi, eight Belgians were executed for forming a secret society for the purpose of obtaining firearms and for organising sabotage Three commanding officers of the Royal Naw’s HUR r-hipr have awarded the D.S.C. for actions against E-boats and trawlers Thev ere Acting-L'eut. Commander Peter Markham Scott. Lieut. Donald Gould Jradford, -R.NR., and LRut. John Hartley Hodder, R.N.V.R. Lieut. Commander Scott is a son of the famous explorer.
