GOVERNOR’S INSTRUCTIONS.
LONDON, May, 14.
“Laval has sent a radio message to Admiral Robert, the Governor of Martinique, instructing him to make only a token resistance if the. Americans attempt to land at Martinique." reports the Madrid correspondent of the “Dailv Mail.” “These instructions indicate that Admiral Robert is expected to sink his ships.”
