SUFFICIENT PLANTS AND MACHINE-TOOLS.
(Rec. 9 p.m. ; ) WASHINGTON, May 13 Revealing that .the nation at Igst has sufficient plants and machinetools to “build production to beat the Axis,” the War Production Boaid ordered a sweeping reduction of new war plant construction and .machinetool output. The Board will review 4,100 million dollars worth of approved plans and projects of machinetool contracts with a view tc' cancellation wherever existing facilities are sufficient to do the job.
