REFUSED BY U.S. CONGRESS.
WASHINGTON, March 24. A joint Conference Committee of the Senate and th e House of’ Representatives has agreed to accept the Senate's version of the Bill nullifying President Roosevelt’s Administrative Order limiting wartime salaries to twenty-five thousand dollars net after payment! of taxes.
