RAIDS ON JAPAN
TOKIO WARNING. (Rec. 11.10.) LONDON, March 23. Broadcasts from Tokio continue to warn the people to expect air raids and also increasing submarine attacks on shipping. It was stated: “American ’planes in China will be further strengthened. Therefore, the enemy hopes to carry out raids on Japan. Chungking has many ’plane factories and field repair shops. We must realise the situation.”
